What do I do if I am having problems
downloading modelPro or hair&makeupPro?
If you are having problems downloading a file you may have an unstable Internet connection. When you are dowloading a file larger than 4 MB this tends to be the most common cause. You need a stable Internet connection to successfully download files from a Web site. During any download you will most likely have problems: if your rate of transfer drops below 1.0 Kbps; pauses more than 15 seconds recur; you have a pause of 60 seconds or more; you are connected with a regular telephone line that has static or noise when using it for voice calls; you haven't disable Call Waiting; you have frequent unexpected disconnections.
To test your Internet connection stability try downloading a file from another web site like http://www.microsoft.com/ or http://www.apple. com/. If you are able to download files successfully from another site, you most likely have a stable connection. The download transfer rate should be at least 1.0 Kbps during a download.
